1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags/labels attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom-made products.

  • Intimate items (e.g., underwear, swimwear).

  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

3. Return Process

Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation.
Step 3: Ship the item to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

6. International Returns

Customers outside USA may be subject to import taxes or return shipping fees. These costs are non-refundable.

7. Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or refund.
