Thank you for shopping at TopGrillParts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items under the following conditions.
1. Return Window
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Digital downloads and gift cards.
4. How to Return
- Email us at info@topgrillparts.com within 30 days with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging including all accessories.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
6. Wrong or Damaged Items
Contact us immediately at info@topgrillparts.com if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item. We will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund.
7. Fit Guarantee
Every part we sell is cross-referenced against original manufacturer specifications. If a part does not fit your grill as described, we will replace it free of charge.
8. International Returns
Customers outside the US may be subject to return shipping fees and import duties. These costs are non-refundable.
