Thank you for shopping at TopGrillParts. We are committed to delivering your grill parts quickly and reliably. Please read our shipping policy below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Carriers used: UPS, USPS, FedEx (carrier selected based on destination and package size).
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination country and package weight.
- Estimated international delivery: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)
- Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are non-refundable.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or via the link provided in your email.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@topgrillparts.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. TopGrillParts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for address corrections or re-shipments.
7. Holiday Delays
During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas), processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid delays.
